This place is the worst. The DON is snotty and selfish. They only care about themselves. My grandma was there and they were a nightmare to work with when it came to getting her approved on Medicaid. I would not recommend this place, EVER, to ANYONE!

Grandpa was on a restricted low sodium diet and they did not follow it. We found him eating high sodium meals multiple times. Grandpa did not get his meds while staying there. These are HUGE problems that must be corrected.

It doesn't matter how helpful the staff is.. if you are under-staffed!! This facility consistently puts paper, and mundane schedules over patient care. Find some place else.. we have.

I worked there for a long time and its one of the worst places ever!! They only care about getting money in their pockets and not about patients!! Please do not go there of you love yourself or loved ones!!!
