05/09/2015 An Interested Visitor Writes: Grandpa was on a restricted low sodium diet and they did not follow it. We found him eating high sodium meals multiple times. Grandpa did not get his meds while staying there. These are HUGE problems that must be corrected.

05/14/2013 An Family Member of Current/Past Resident Writes: It doesn't matter how helpful the staff is.. if you are under-staffed!! This facility consistently puts paper, and mundane schedules over patient care. Find some place else.. we have.
