04/17/2016  -  An Interested Visitor Writes:

My Mother was only here for two days and we had to move her home because she was over medicated with narcotics. The Doctor ordered Narcotic every four hours without the families knowledge. When we visited with her 24 hours after the meds started and found her unable think and speak clearly. We were able to get the Meds stopped and then moved her out of this facility the next day. Happy to report she is doing better now. We feel lucky to have moved her out of Pine View Transitional Rehab in South Ogden as fast as we did. The Doctor and Nurse's failed to manage her pain in a conservative way.
