I have seen many nursing homes in my time and this is by far the worst. The staff was extremely inconsiderate and deceitful, only interested in taking my money. The management is terrible since getting new owners all they do is sit around and lock themselves in their offices. They hire anyone off the street, with or without experience or a proper license. I only had my mother in here for a short time because she hated it so much and I don't blame her. I wouldn't wish for my worst enemy to have to live here.

My grandmother recently passed away after residing here for a few years. I would like to personally thank the old staff and management, Kirk and Monica and the new staff for all their hard workand dedication. As stated, there have been many changes in the last few months. For the most part, I think they have been for the better. Some of the changes I didn't necessarily agree with, but it was time for an update and some of the new staff they brought on are great. Their new activities director is really sweet and has already formed great relationships with the residents. I also think that although I noticed some minor staffing issues, for the most part they had more than enough people to help and maintain the cleanliness and excellent care I was used to them providing. I think the new management is headed in the right direction and would recommend this facility, but you always need to check and find out for yourself.

this place is (& all the people living & working there! are) suffering greatly since new management. the building is old & in need of repair, but instead of fixing the toilet & cleaning its surfaces, or putting a fan in the community bathroom, they let the hallway in the old wing go stale with urine & feces in the air. They ignore family & resident requests for depairs & improvements, but then repaint all the walls in the newer wing. The food is mostly from boxed mixes and cans. It is a dirty, stinky place & I would hate to see someone stuck there just because it used to be a "nice place".
