Review is for the Bridgewater Home only. This facility is understaffed and poorly supervised. There were many errors made by staff members who cared for my father such as "forgetting" to provide him with oxygen and giving him thin liquids rather than the thickened liquids that were prescribed. The supervising nurses were unable to assess when his condition warranted hospitalization, requiring family members to intervene so he could receive emergency treatment. Poor care overall.
