User Reviews

11/28/2011  -  An OurParents User Writes:

The facility is clean, and the level of services available are very good. The room sizes are also good. Disappointed in the heating arrangement - radiator units located in only one room or a two room unit. No radiator in the bedroom, fan unit on pass-though channel on the wall between front room and bedroom. This arrangement has ben problematic for my Mother. Most disappointing is the lack of availability of nursing staff, particularly in the evening. I have at times ad a very difficult time finding a nurse when I am there in the evening. This regularly occurs. This has ultimately led me to look into alternative arrangements. I expect to make a change soon. Staff does seem caring, but many times difficult to find.
