My sister moved into Falcons about 5 months ago. She says it is the best decision she ever made. I give her the comments from the MD above and she checked with several long time residents. None would agree to those comments. I have eaten in both the dinning hall and the resturant. Food is excellent.

Our parents have been at Falcon Landing for six years. Administration shows no real concern for residents, just enough to avoid legal complaints. Prices are hiked yearly, starchy, mass produced food with few gluten free or diabetic options. Nursing care in the Johnson Center is deplorable. They do NOT meet standards of care for patients recovering from surgery. I am an MD and know shoddy care when I see it. Too late to take them out and find another independent living facility. Parents are frustrated that residents have NO ombudsman and are NOT allowed to meet with the Falcons Landing Board when they meet at the facility. Valid complaints are ignored. Once you buy in, they have you and are not responsive. We spoke with at least five other couples who echoed the same complaints. The CEO protects her turf, is paid well but is not help accountable. My family does NOT recommend this facility.

Response: I have been here with my wife (and dog) for 3 years and find this review totally inaccurate. Many other couples report doing a detailed analysis of 8 - 12 other places and in the end choose this facility.
Come and make your own inspection before rejecting based on this persons review. It is a fine place with great people.
