My uncle just moved to the windsor after being kicked out of another memory care place in Richmond for being too difficult. It is a wonderful place and the staff has been very good to him and supportive of my elderly aunt. I'm looking for a place for my mother but she doen'st have dementia so unfortunately she can't live there.

The Windsor has changed for the better since I first visited a friend there years ago. They have a new director and the interior has been changed and brightened up quite a bit. It's all memory care now and the residents looked well cared for and happy. My friend who just moved there is not easy to deal with and they have handled her very well.

Meridian Senior living is one of the WORST companies I have ever come across in my life!!!! They operate with no integrity, honesty or compassion. Their employess are treated like garbage!!!! The company seems to be full of persons you only have interest in the mighty dollar, dont let them fool you nothing about this company is "family like" or "family oriented" anyone who wants to place a loved one here should think twice!!

Response: The atmosphere at The Windsor is wonderful and it truly is a family - both for the staff and for the residents. Anyone who works there or has a family member there knows the Meridian Senior Living is run with integrity, honesty and compassion. Those employees who do little work and have little integrity, do not last very long. I suspect such a person wrote the this review.

Response: Meridian is one of the worst assisted living companies I have ever worked for. The comment the writer wrote is true. You must be the RDO. That's why you are saying it's such as great place. They pay you a lot to say that.
