I don't care what the Medicare rating is - this place -in my opinion- is horrible. The food is horrible, it is under-staffed and the overall intent appears to be to avoid addressing concerns. IF you look out into the hall for help the staff literally dissapears when they see you looking. Call lights are a joke and they are more often than not ignored for extended time. Staff is not receptive to having issues addressed. The tell you what they think you want to hear & your loved one's situation stays the same. I would not put any family member in this facility again. NEVER - I'd rate it as a zero (0)
