02/09/2012 An Family Member of Current/Past Resident Writes: The staff takes a long time to reply when you call for help. Lack of communication except in the gossip department. The therapists at least are awesome. The nurses are used to patients who don't or can't speak so when they are challenged by someone who can speak some of them are unprofessional and have attitude problems. Doctor doesn't often visit to check on the patient. Their patients' rights are not updated. Rehabilitation --more like regression; have a different problem than the one you first came in to rehabilitate.
