Very poor! I can not rate any of the above items because they are all below 1 star. Everyone smiles when you come through that front door, but thinking about the money the whole time. It does not do any good to complain because nothing is done. I could show my a**, but then wonder if they would take it out on my dad. I can't wait to bring him home, but if your loved one stays to long they might not make it home..

Very poor NF. Lacks attention to patients and family members. When one complains, it goes unheard. Nothing is done

My mother, after falling and breaking her hip, was in Consulate of Woodstock for three weeks before being rescued and brought home. In that time, she was provided with little or no physical therapy. Often she was made to wait an inordinate amount of time to go to the restroom, or to receive medication. The physical therapist who helps her now that she is home, said during her first session that her physical therapy was three weeks behind. Not a desirable or safe condition for an 86 year-old woman who was very healthy and active before her fall. Consulate never seemed interested in our concerns, choosing only to smile and ignore, and to try to convince us that she should be left for several more weeks. We thought it best at that point to bring her home where she could receive the kind of care she wasn't getting at Consulate. From what we witnessed, and from what we observed of the experiences of my mother's roommate, who was similarly ignored, I would say that anyone interested in better care for their loved ones, should look for a less profit oriented and more patient oriented care facility.

Response: I agree with you 100%. My family is going through the same thing with them. It's so sad that people are more about the money than to show a little love and compassion.
