Never have experienced a more INCOMPETENT group of individuals together under one roof. My Mother has been left unattended for hours at at a time. No organization or communication among staff. Had to try to find someone each and every time my mother had a need, was always put off, always a wait of 25+ minutes, and up to 2 1/2 hours at one time. Staff plays alot of "pass the buck," does not take responsibility, lacks any sense of urgency or motivation whatsoever. The bathroom my mother shares with another woman smells so strongly of urine, the odor comes out while the door is shut, which happens to be just a couple feet from the foot of my Mother's bed, I went in it once and the odor about knocked me over, my Mother commented that nobody has come to clean it even once while she has been there. I believe it. I wouldn't send a pet there, let alone a loved one. Never again. GH Health and Rehabilitation should be shut down.
