My 83 year old father is just finishing up a two and a half month rehabilitation at Bethany after surgery. I was very impressed with the staff dealing with my father on a day to day basis. They all seemed skilled in their jobs, caring and friendly. This was our first experience with a rehabilitation facility, and I was very pleased with the care my father received.

Soon to be ex resident. It is 12:10 am I have asked every hour since 8pm for pain medication for heart bypass surgery. None, at 11 walked to door, checked, no staff in hall, no staff at nursing desk, call lights going off up and down hall, an hour later, and still no pills, call lights going off and no staff. Got here 2 nights ago, the main care staff do not speak or understand English, I am no lift by arm and have tried to tell them so, because of sternal precautions, and they just nod and say yes yes, and continue to lift by arms. Avoid this dump at all costs.

Could not get a phone call answered on Sunday for 2 and 1/2 hours and 4 messages left on recording. Staff did not know what a Detailed Notice of Non Coverage from Medicare was. Did not ever get a copy sent to our office. It is required by CMS/ When I asked who the administrator is. No one knew. I could not speak to a supervisor. I can only assume there was none.
