We are a Christian home located six miles from town. We are blessed with a very scenic home, where from our dining room and kitchen area we view the Bogachiel River. From our living area, one side of the room we see the river and from the other side of the room an open field where quite often the elk are seen; they come right up to our home when they are feeding. We have dogs, cats, and parakeets to enhance our daily lives. We also have a privately stocked lake, where if a resident is willing and able, they can have assisted fishing. We grow and preserve a lot of our own food, making our meals wholesome. This is our home and hope the resident will feel enough at home to make it their home as well. Room monitors in the hallway (to our bedroom) alert us if there is a problem at night. We have Direct TV (satellite) in each room; residents are encouraged to be active. There is a piano and organ available to anyone wishing to use them.
