User Reviews

09/26/2013  -  An OurParents User Writes:

MY parents were here and just moved them out after 3 months as they did not take care of them at all. They never answered their pendant if needed. My mother who was in diapers was never changed when needed. I found her soaked in her bed on numerous occasions. Not only was she soaked but her bedding, pillow, hair ect were soaked. They stopped giving her showers even though they were being paid to do so as they said they were too much trouble. The new place I have put her in can not understand this and has no problem giving her showers. I found people in the hall yelling for help on numerous occasions because no one was answering the pendant. Went to look for the help and found them once all in the kitchen, second time both outside smoking, third time both in the breakroom just not answering the pendants. Do not put your parents there if you care about them. If you do make sure they need no help
