Peninsula Manor is a wonderful place for your loved one. A-1 quality care. Staff is always kind and helpful and caring toward the resident's and their families. Peninsula Manor is always clean and daily launders my father's bedding and clothing. They serve wonderful meals. My father is diabetic and the staff was wonderful working with me on a special menu of foods for him. I am highly recommending Peninsula Manor for your loved one.

yes i use to work for peninsula manor, the care was average, sometimes way understaffed, working double triple shifts, arguing among employees in front of residents, "scaring them" grand daughter of owner works sometimes, she is arogent and cruel to residents, grand daughter is know to come to work high on drugs. I wouldnt place my love one there

Response: I have a family member that has been a resident at Peninsula Manor for the last 15 years. I am at the Manor 5 day's a week and have never seen any of the allegations in that review to be true. In fact, there isn't a granddaughter of the owner working there, hasn't been, so I know the review above was obviously made up by a disgruntled worker that got let go. It's a shame they would go that route and make things up to try and make people believe the Manor is something that it's not. I have never seen staff argue, they have been very kind, loving and caring. In 15 years I have never seen the employee's doing triple shifts or being high on drugs. That hurtful allegation is false. In fact, Peninsula Manor comes with many wonderful recommendations and references starting from 1983 to present. I am highly recommending Peninsula Manor for your loved one's care. That comes from 15 years of watching the owner and staff give number one quality care and love to all of the residents living there. The staff has always been helpful and caring, the Manor is always clean. They serve wonderful home cooked meals, do resident's laundry nice and are very warm and caring to all the resident's. It feels like a family atmosphere there which is one of the things I've always loved. Out of 5 stars I give Peninsula Manor a 5 star rating on everything. After checking out many other homes, I feel lucky to have found such a wonderful place for my loved one.
