Thing's really need to change at this Retirement Community. The Administrator needs to go, she doesn't seem to care about the residents nor the employee's. The charge's always seems to change, even though there hasn't been any change with the care of the resident. The resident's are being charged for a lot more then they should be! Many resident's that have been there for a long time, are finding People's, getting more and more expensive, to the point that families have to find another place for their loved one's to live!
When there is a really good employee, that everyone seems to love, they are there one day and gone the next, within a few months!
She really is horrible and I would not recommend this place for your loved one, until she is gone, and they find someone that really cares. This place really needs to be investigated to how it's being operated.

Thought at first this would be a good place. Employee's seemed happy, friendly, made you feel very welcomed and had been there for a while, and the food was really pretty good and the residents were able to have more then one choice to pick from at meal time!! But now with new management, employee's are dropping like flies, very HIGH TURNOVER. Once the residents get to know a caregiver, then they are gone!!!
Food is horrible, limit to only 1 choice during meal time and with very small portions.
Charge's residents for everything, even down to the rubber gloves!!
Who ever is doing the billing needs to be fired!! OVIOUSLY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND DON'T CARE !! It is horrible! The Administrator NEVER seems to want to have any time to be available. Employee's seem to be very unhappy and under paid. The Administrator and the Owners don't seem to care about the employee's at all, even the really good ones! You would think that they would want to keep the GOOD Employees and make them happy. HAPPY Employees make HAPPY Residents! And I don't even think the employees get any benefits!! IT SEEM'S LIKE THE ADMINISTRATOR AND THE OWNERS, DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE RESIDENT'S OR THE STAFF AT ALL!!
ALL THEY SEEM TO CARE ABOUT IS THE MONEY AND THE HIGH LIFE!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR YOUR FAMILY MEMBER, IF YOU LOVE THEM!!! The 1 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms are very nice but it is being run very poorly! If the owner's care at all, they need to make some serious changes, with higher management!!!!

Response: In regards to this review, written on July 1, 2012, I want to make a correction in regards to the residents limited to only 1 choice during mealtime. I was wrong; the residents still do have an alternate choice at lunch and dinner or a sandwich. Although, the Breakfast choices have been cut alot. I understand that there is a budget but MEALTIME is probably the most important part of the day for most residents.

Terrible place...please do not put your loved ones at this facility. Staff gets paid very little, food is awful.

The place looked old inside needs updating, No one to greet you reception should be open and not behind windows, The staff are very nice but by the looks of them work to hard and probably way under paid. The owners need to take care of the staff and not make them live in poverty while there living high off the hog,This place is bottom of the line as far as a visitor could see. Please do something about your facility looks like the dining chairs have been there for 25 years,I would never recomend this place to work or live.
