Pioneer place is a bad place to put your parents in, few staff members neglect patients, ignoring constant call lights and leaves patients at a constant cry for help and assistance from what I observe few care takers are not as compassion as what i expected them to be. Please really get to know the facility before before deciding in putting your loved ones in there.
