Yeah, tell me about it. When you call them you have to wait five minutes for their greeting speech to end before you can get a word in edge wise. What ever happend to "Thank you for calling how can I help you"?

The CNA's need to understand that they are taking care of our family members.
And patients and family comes first.

The staff does a OK job taking care of my MOM but I had problems, with the staff in the pass and the staff on who answers the phone are a little bit rude.
For some reason I am still having problems with the staff on how they answer the phone.
    The Place is nice.

Lack of continual cleanliness - cleaning staff is not on top of things for each of the residents. Unhappy that family members and friends have to do some of the staff's work!

Wow, I stumbled upon this site looking for information on this facility. I must say that this facility is outstanding. For the two disgruntled family members who once had a loved one living at Stonebridge, this facility holds quite a few memory care patients and just like in life when you deal with a multitude of people it is impossible to please everyone. If this place was so horrible and “they will destroy your life” as one post puts it, why isn’t there other negative comments? One poster even writes “They have a lot of people posting reviews in their favor”. I only see three postings here and only one of them is favorable. Two if you count mine. And “they” do not have me posting anything. Sure there will be times when you don’t get your way or an occasional lost piece of laundry but hey, it’s a memory care facility. Get over it.. This facility is one of the larger memory care facilities in town and it is absolutely wonderful. They take excellent care of their patients and their care staff is awesome! They work well given the environment they are in and the front office staff, forget about it, they are top notch. Funny and compassionate. They make you feel like part of a family and their compassion for you as a family member or relative just makes you feel that they really care and understand what you are going through. Don’t let two bad apples spoil the bunch. Check it out for yourself and rest assured you and your loved one will be well cared for. Just ask around!! I wasn’t even looking and was referred to this place by a physician, an ophthalmologist, and a lady at the grocery store. We got talking about our parents and boy that opened up a whole conversation about memory care.. Funny how you learn things just by idle chit chat. Bottom line, go there and see for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

Very arrogant staff! They put on a good show but they treat their residents and family with thoughtlessness. They are only in it for the money! BEWARE Do not place your loved one at Stonebridge!!! They will destroy your life!

The only thing that is "amazing" about Stonebridge Memory Care Community is how amazingly negligent they are. From my observation and personal experience as well, they are anything but caring towards the residents. I was forewarned by family members of other residents about this, and they proved to be absolutely correct. This establishment not only failed but also refused to attend to my mother's needs which resulted in her numerous potential life threatening injuries. The State of Washington conducted an investigation concerning the matter & it was determined by them that Stonebridge indeed failed their responsibilities. Through all of this though, the administrator & her staff remained completely unapologetic, arrogant and defensive, even fabricating false statements. Of course I removed my mother from there as soon as possible. Do not be deceived by the mere outward appearance of this facility. Don't be taken in by their cheap talk in order to meet their sales quota. They have a lot of people posting reviews in their favor but do not be fooled. Your loved one deserves so much more than this place and it's uncaring staff.

My father was cared for living here for 1.75 years.
The staff was great. The food was way above average as well as the tender care they showed. I am thankful to Stonebridge for the care that was shown my father. He passed 6-18-10.
