    Our parents have been there to long, food used to be fine but the last year has been terrible. Only serves one meal a day, with limited options so they usually eat sandwiches.

    Pythian Home Retirement Center is an independent living senior community that has been operating since 1923.  We are a non-profit organization offering affordable housing with private pay and subsidized options.  Our building has a secured entrance with staff available  24 hours a day, emergency pull cords in every apartment, and a lovely inside courtyard.  Our package includes a nutritious noon meal served daily in our dining room with the option to purchase a supper meal.  We also offer laundry rooms on each floor, a fitness room, an arts and crafts room, a library, a beauty shop, many planned activities, and free parking.  There are optional housekeeping and laundry services available.  We are centrally located, two blocks away from a grocery store and across the street from an urgent care clinic and doctors offices.  Pets are welcome with a deposit.  Come and experience our warm, friendly atmosphere!
