i worked at this home, and i had a great experience, i have never worked anywhere that really drug tested the employees, to make sure your loved one had only the best of care. and the owner and resident manager followed the the wac to the T. if a resident needed a delegated task done ( apply aspercream) and the employee was not delegated the rule was call the owner and or resident manager. or u would be terminated. this home takes residents to the fair, swim, park to watch kids play, senior lunches in town, for drives in the country, and what ever pops up, unplanned outings. there were times family came to visit and the doors were locked to find a note saying gone fishing.. i had to leave the home because my own family got ill and i am now taking care of them. from what i have learned from working there i can now take excellent care of my family.

I worked at this facility for 4 months, and it was horrible. They treated the residents badly, and the employees even worse. Hours went unpaid, and the employer even accused many of lying about their hours and effort. Also, many people were terminated without a warning due to the manager being unable to keep her personal life out of the workplace. Would never go back to that place if you paid me.

Response: i agree this is NOT a place to put you loved ones need i say more

Response: How does amber waves treat their alzhimers patients?
