User Reviews

07/30/2013  -  An OurParents User Writes:

Staffing is very short most of the time....which to me eliminates most of the above review. Dining room is closed on the average of twice a week due to short staffing. Staffing in most of the inspections have been at the two star level.

Response: This nursing home has the laziest employees in the tri-state area.....your family member will be cared for by you....they just sit on their backsides and read the paper.

Response: And this nursing home only has a three star rating for staff. They are always short of staff since the administrator just keeps it at "required " level. Advertises "dining room" but it is closed over 50percent of time due to "shortage of staff"
If families really keep an eye on their loved ones..they will figure it out.

Response: Want to add..two months ago, a patient left the building..and was blocks away before being noticed. Falls are a normal day to day occurrence...because the warning bells and sirens are ignored all the time....and a once a week shower is not what I call day to day care. I have the video and pictures to prove what I say.
