This place is a dump, put your love ones in a better home. Management is a joke they are in 8t for the money and don't care for anything else.

Substandard care. DO NOT SEND A LOVED ONE THERE!!!

There are NO words to describe the staff and workers at this place. Nothing but mistakes. When the family ordered a van for transportation, the staff canceled it. When the family ordered a van for transportation the staff canceled it. When the staff set up transportation themselves they would schedule it on the wrong day. Did I mention if the family ordered transportation the staff would cancel it?
At one point the patient was left sitting in the wheelchair in PAIN waiting for the van. I had to come from the hospital to the Rehab and take the patient down to the front lobby myself. When I asked Bev and Dan why they left the patient sitting there, they said the van wasn't there yet. I had to take Bev and Dan out there myself and show them the van, which by the way was sitting there for an hour.
Never ever take a loved one there.

The staff at this place are not caring or qualified to treat humans.
The staff are NOT qualified or certified to use IV equipment. Instead they push the tower in there and leave it for someone else to do. Nurse station is not occupied. To find someone to help you would take 2 hours. I called to complain and was told she didn't have time to deal with this and threw me onto to someone else who wasn't qualified to answer complaints and thereby shoving them under a rug.

If you care about your loved one find somewhere else to go. Just to name a few violations that we observed while we were there for 3 months.
    1. Lisa Agerton (business office manager) is very rude and snotty towards family members.
    2. Allowing the staff to intentionlly practice acts of racism.
    3. Did NOT adhere to the families request for medical tests which resulted in the patient going to the ER not once but twice.
    4. Intentionally allowing the patient to be left in urine and feces.
    5. Allowing staff (social worker) to intentionally inflict emotional abuse and humiliate the patient.
    6. Letting the staff continue with abusive language, insults, and in-humane actions.
    7. Allowing staff to practice there without the proper licensing required by state and federal laws.
Keep a eye out for Lisa Agerton who does the billing. We caught her with some billing errors and committing acts of fraud.

Response: I personally have dealt with Lisa Agerton and I have found her to be very friendly and caring.
She has been in the business a long time and she was able to answer all of our questions.
She helped my mother get on T 19 and was willing to visit my mother's room when we had questions.
I know many times when people don't like to pay their bills they tend to lash out on the person who is just trying to collect money on behalf of the company they work for.
Lisa Agerton was very professional with all of my dealings with her.

My wife spent 3 weeks here and I have two gripes...
The assistants are lazy and unfriendly and almost avoid your face whenever you pass them by. This includes the nurses desk.
Also, nobody responded for two hours after my wife pressed the emergency button. If it was an emergency, she probably would have croaked right there in her room.

Interior was nice and clean, but the parking lot needs attention. Maybe some seal coating.

All in all, it's a place where everyone pretty much avoids you unless you get in their face. THEN you get their attention.
