This is a warning! Please do not put any loved one in any facilities run by Pam Rische. Pam is a pathological liar and whatever she promises you to "get you in" to a contract will quickly fall by the way side. These facilities were going to be purchased by a RN in November of 2014. This did not happen. The facility that my loved one was at showed signs of lack of upkeep and maintenance. The food is pure garbage and extremely inexpensive. There are no home cooked meals, just microwave warmed junk food. Everything became an issue including safety of the resident and washing of clothes. If the clothes are washed- you will find them thrown back into the clothes hamper in an unorganized ball. They will not even fold your clothes. The workers are lazy and would rather look at their cell phones all day. Pam Rische is a person in need of mental help. Stay away!!!

THIS HOUSE HAS ANTS RUNNING AROUND LIKE ROACHES BIG FAT ANTS AT THAT!! THE FOOD IS NOT GEARED FOR OLDER ADULTS NUTRIENTS THEY FEED THEM LIKE TEENAGERS HOT POCKETS AND CORN DOGS FOR 70 YEAR OLD PEOPLE GESH!! THEN YOU REALLY THINK THAT PUTTING DIRTY DISHES IN A DISHWASHER WITHOUT THE CLEANING AGENT IS SANITARY?? NOT TO MENTION THAT MANAGEMENT LEAVES ONLY 2 ROLLS OF TOILET PAPER FOR 6 PEOPLE FOR THE ENTIRE WEEKEND GIVE ME A BREAK!! IT WOULD DO WELL TO RE-ORGANIZE THE STRUCTURE OF STAFFING AND TRAIN MANAGEMENT HOW TO MANAGE THAT MEANS KNOW ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS AND THE THINGS THAT MAKE IT RUN EFFICIENTLY NOT JUST BEING CHEAP AND A MISER!! THOSE CLIENTS PAY A PRETTY GOOD PENNY FOR SERVICES THAT ARE NOT BEING PROVIDED THEY DON,T EVEN TAKE THEM OUT ON OUTINGS ANYWHERE. IF MY RATING COUNTED FOR THOSE WHO ARE CONSIDERING PLACING A LOVED ONE IN THIS PARTICULAR SETTING I WOULD HAVE TO SAY DON'T DO IT!!!! SHE MAKES OVER $300,000.00 A YEAR AND FEEDS YOU FAMILY MEMBERS ALDI BRAND FOODS!!!

Although I have heard the rumors about Fairview I would have to say that I don't agree. Fairview has been the home for my grandmother for the past 13 years and she is still doing very well. There has been some issues but Pamela Rische the owner has always taken initiative to insure my grandmother received the best care. Pam has personally addressed concerns out family has had. I am amazed on the negativity that people have reported when I have not seen any of that first hand. However when employees are terminated due to negligence or failure to follow policies I suppose they have nothing better to do but rant about how horrible things were for them. I have to say this place has been an amazing home for my mother and now that there is new management in place it just keeps getting better.. I would highly recommend this very small homelike setting.

Response: make up your mind is it your Grandmother or your mother? OR are you a part of the new management writing a bogus review?

Response: I was a previous worker at Fairview and the reviews and things that people are stating about Pam are true.... As a employee we were not able to cash our checks and Pam didn't respond to calls about the issue......

well I have a lot to say about this company. Pam is the most cheapest CEO of Fairview, she treats her employers like @#$% she doesn't give them any type of credit for the work they do, especially to the workers who actually do there best. half the time she can even supply the homes with the corrected needs of each resident, the items in the homes are out dated and really needs a upgrade. The fixer upper man is lazy as @#$% and takes forever to replace anything wrong with the homes due to the fact, He doesn't get paid for his work. And sad to say neither does the workers! YES THE WORKERS, its really sad that she knows of all of this and never showed some type of care or they to work this issue out. And boy the administer is the worst she also has been labeled a rude disrespectful young lady who don't know @#$% on running a business.. I'm more then disgusted in this company, even the staff members are too ghetto. Activities are never done and the food is boxed meals three times a day. this issue was brought up many times and nothing would be done. so please if u know any one who lives there GET THEM OUT ASAP or if u know anyone who works there tell them there better off finding another job asap because by the looks of it, it's not going to last long. I'm being very honest...

I was really surprised by the reviews of fairview Senior Homes. I only wish I would have read the reviews of this company before becoming employed at one of the homes. I can see that the owner has not changed one bit since her first review on here. The staff are treated unfairly, the owner and Administrator make up lies about staff members. The Administrator routinely gossips with her staff members about other employees. The homes are filthy and smell of urine. The owner and Administrator cover up all of their mistakes so they will not be sited from the State. The Administrator has made it her routine to falsely document residents weights on legal documents due to their previous citations of residents losing weight. The residents are not fed nutritious meals. The meals consist of complete meals in a box and Oncors. The only real meat the residents eat is Ground beef for the Hamburger Helper and beef patties for Cheeseburgers. At one of the homes they have a cat that is urinating all over the residents beds and personal belongings and the owner does not see this as a problem due to the cat near its end of life. We were told we can not serve milk at meals due to the budget. We were instructed to serve juice. The water is not drinkable and the owner refuses to get a filter system or purchase drinking water. I would not recommend Fair View Homes for your loved one. Check the state for all deficiencies before placing your loved one there.

I am completely flabbergasted at the first two reviews. My aunt has resided at Fairview Senior Homes for the past year, and I couldn't be happier with the care she receives, the loving manner in which she is treated and the pleasant dealings I have had with the administrative staff, especially Pam Rische, the owner. On more than one occasion, she has gone above and beyond to assist us. Ms. Rische had generously allowed my Auntie to continue stay at her Fairview home after her private pay had run out. While we waited for Family Care funding to begin, Ms. Rische did not charge us one cent during that time. I will be forever grateful that we did not have to move Auntie into a nursing home to await for Family Care. I continue to be very happy with the care, the kindness and the compassion my Aunt and our family has received. I visit my Aunt
every day and have found the house to always be clean, active with crafts, music or exercising. My Aunt has come along way since leaving her residential care apartment. We know we have made the right decision to move her into a Fairview Senior Home.

Fairview is a very unorganized, dirty, unprofessional place. My mother used to reside at one of their homes however she passed in December 2009 due to improper care of the staff. The owner Pamela Rische was very rude and didn't take into condiseration my personal thoughts and feelings on the care my mother was receiving. They health department had been called several times on this facility. The house managers are cruel to the residents and are always too busy on their cell phones. I have witnessed this with my own eyes before and after my mother passed. I do not recomment this facility to anyone at all! Do not let your loved ones be treated so carelessly.

This is one of the worse places to ever put your loved one at. The owner only cares about themselves and the money, and staff is treated horrible by the owner. The residents do not get the care that they so much deserve. From what I hear, the working conditions and living conditions are horrible here.

Response: I work for fairview in nov to dec in 2011 , this place is the worst place ever to put your parents in. Do not work here ever! The pay sucks the owner is very rude, the 80.00 extra a month that the residents get , they don't even get there money, they change weights so the state doesn't know, they don't wash the residents, they feed them box meals all of them, they hide everything they do ! Please hear me never work here or put a family member here! God bless you!
