Wonderful stay and terrific people! Highly recommended!

Response: Fully agree with you,the administrator is only interested in dollars for her own pocket. Has no people skills or compassion whatsoever!! Not only does she treat patients poorly, she also is very disrespectful and unfair toward employees!! It is very surprising whoever owns this facility doesn't look into these issues and deal with them accordingly. I myself would not recommend this facility to anyone, someone in charge of such a place should have people skills and compassion toward the elderly. They should be more caring of others, especially the elderliy who consider it their home where most will spend the remainder of their days. Remember she too will be elderly one day and I hope she experiences the same poor treatment as she shows others.I sincerely hope improvements are made so future patients have a pleasant place to call home.

Lousy administrator. She is a PT who thinks she is a MD. Terrible attitude towards rehabilitation of stroke patients, more interested in dollars than health of patient. Avoid at all possible cost

Response: I completely disagree with this review. Hales Corners Care Center has the nicest, most friendly staff I have ever encountered. My stay was most enjoyable and pleasant. I found them on and they have an excellent rating and very good state report.
