There is currently a resident named Jerry who fell and cut his head. The on call manager refused to come in to help less experienced workers and said to put a butterfly bandage in the cut. Hours later with Jerry's head still bleeding she us called again and refused to come in . Thus happens when thus manager is on duty. Its their job when on calk to respond and act appropriately to emegencys. She does not do her job
