They leave patients who are screaming in pain for their medicines claiming they do not have time to come give it to them.

Clearview is modern and pretty and kept clean. I like how they have [caged] birds there for the enjoyment of the patients. However, we found the staff much more concerned about keeping a bed filled rather than truly caring about the emotional health of the patient or wanting him/her to have the best possible recovery all around. When our family member was recently there the guardian took advantage of our loved one’s “clean slate” to distort and kill beautiful memories and healthy relationships that should have been restored, even to the point of removing documentation in our loved one’s memory book and blocking access. Unfortunately Clearview knowingly allowed this and sadly would not take measures to include the emotional health and restoration of memories, as long as they had another long-term bed filled.
