05/27/2012  -  An Family Member of Current/Past Resident Writes:

The treatment of my family member at this facility has not always been acceptable. Staff members frequently don't respond to calls for assistance in a timely manner. Requests for bathroom assistance can take up to 1 and 1/2 hours for a response. Changes in medications have not been explained. Staff members act defensive when asked any questions regarding care.

Response: That is true I used to see this all the time they try to dodge call lights hide so they don't have to take people to bathrooms very sad and they have poor management.
