The communication from staff to family/POA's on multiple occassions was unsatisfactory. On one occassion when patient health status resulted in E.R. transport to hospital and admittance to Coronary ICU, a voice mail was left to this effect by Maple Ridge. They had at least 4 additional numbers that were available to attempt a person-to-person contact. No additional calls to provided numbers were made. Was made aware of patient status when I received a personal call from the hospital ICU 4-5 hours after transport. Patient health status resulted in transport to ER and then admittance to Coronary ICU but no personal contact from Maple Ridge? Unacceptable.
