User Reviews

This company is the most awful company that I have ever worked for. I see how the employees are to the residents, and I also see how the office staff the "higher ups" treat the staff, and residents as well. I Feel ashamed that I even allowed my name to be attached to such a company. If my mother needed to be in a home I would never NEVER allow her to be with TLC homes. They are money hungry and do not give a crap about the people they are supposed to be serving and defiantly do not care about the staff that do the work!!!!

Description of Tlc Homes Incorporated in SHEBOYGAN, WI

After an elderly person has grown frail, their physical condition requires the careful attention and the expertise of an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. At TLC Homes, the team making up this crucial form of nursing care includes the resident’s attending physician, licensed nurses, medical specialists, therapists, registered dietitians, activity directors, and nursing assistants. All work in tandem to deliver the utmost of this special form of care to your loved one. A skilled staff and licensed nurses provide 24/7 health care when needed as well as assistance with the activities of daily living, including grooming, dressing, and help with using the bathroom. Most residents share a room, with healthy meals provided in a central dining room. An activity director designs an activity and events plan to cultivate mental, physical, and social health. What is senior living? Both words in this phrase are essential, but the key is “Living!” Simply put, senior living is for those age 55 and older who still want to get everything they can out of life—with excellent value, excellent care, and excellent times. It means an engaged, satisfied lifestyle based upon your wants and needs. For some it means independent living, a way to live as usual but without the hassles of home ownership or maintenance. For others it means assisted living, a type of retirement community that still emphasizes your freedom and independence, but always with a ready, friendly staff to assist as needed. For those requiring more intensive help with physical needs or with Alzheimer’s or dementia, senior living means nursing care and memory care. Senior living offers comprehensive continuing care, where retirees can “age in place,” moving from one form of care to another as needed. Finally, senior living also means in-home care, where trained staff help retirees in their current home.
