User Reviews

05/28/2013  -  An OurParents User Writes:

There are so many serious complaints against this place, but mostly filed with the govt. My grandmother was in this nightmare of a place for a week and after med errors, EXTREMELY rude nurses, religious messages blasted over all the beds at 8am and a complete lack of anyone to account for the staff. Fun fact: Skaalen hires almost NO FULL-TIME nurses. This means less cost for skaalen, and a staff the least trained CNAs possible, which is a reflection of every aspect of how this 'business' is run.
