03/27/2012  -  An Family Member of Current/Past Resident Writes:

The staff is extremely rude and all of them seem to have other priorities. I have witnessed cnas on their phones. eating and drinking in the hall ways. There is a CNA there that THREW something at a resident. This CNA is still there. The administrator refused to terminate this staff member. horrible horrible place.

10/20/2011  -  An OurParents User Writes:

Staff is not responsive to patients. It took five days to have a UT infection tested and mendication started. Noticed responsiveness to patients is worse after hours when there are fewer family members and friends visiting the facility (over night) and for patients that are not able to communicate issues to family. I would never have one of my loved ones stay in this facility again.
