Very disorganized management that loves to play favorites with staff-RN's and CNA's that are consistently late to patient visits and who provide less than adequate care to their patients are kept on. Not nearly enough staff to provide appropriate care to current client load, but keep taking cases to gain profit. Owner more interested in taking 2 hour lunches and getting her hair/nails done than actually running the business. The few staff members that do care and do their best for their patients are quickly burnt out, leading to high staff turnover.
