03/26/2013 An Family Member of Current/Past Resident Writes: I overheard and confronted the Administrator (Nicole Ostermiller R.N.,BSN)(Really, this is the most educated person to be in charge?) swearing with the F--- word and calling my mother horrible names. Horrible Social Service staff also. No wonder they are failing as a Care Center. Our Elders deserve better.
